Chicken Bhuna And Pilau Curry Recipe

There is an another important recipe which is popular at Thailand's restaurants that is called chicken indian lamb curry curry. It's flavor is so tangy and spicy. Green chillies are the main ingredients of this curry. Beside from chicken lamb curry, both the Thai fishcakes and beef curry are gaining their popularity. The ingredients of fish curry are garlic. I had my first dinner party last week and it turned out pretty well... actually pretty good coz I didn't take pics of the food before the party (yeah, same excuse - no time - baby needed attention et al) and I don't have much left to take pics of! The menu was very indian slow cooker lamb curry and routine if I may add, Dal Makhani (Maa ki Dal), Paneer Makhani and a regular and easy chicken dish of mine which I have no name for! The dessert which was supposed to be Mango Mouse with Vanilla mango swirl Ice-cream didn't turn out right... but I shall get it right by the time I put up pics:)!

Lamb is richly flavored and red in color. It is a good source of protein and vitamin B. If you prefer a mild flavor choose foreleg shanks. If you prefer a stronger flavor opt for rear leg shanks. lamb curry with coconut milk can be braised or slow cooked in wine, broth or water. You can braise them in the oven if you do not have a slow cooker.

Lamb is cooked in a great variety of ways. The Greek have a special way of cooking lamb that makes it very tasty. To make a Greek shish kebab pieces of lamb are marinated in olive oil, wine and lemon juice. Salt and pepper and a little oregano are added. The lamb is then placed on skewers and grilled. During the cooking olive oil is rubbed over the meat.

Now add the milk and let it boil. Add the cream to the hot dal and mix. Do not boil after this else the cream will separate. This recipe turned out to be finger licking good.... and it was a relief coz Dal Makhani always sounds sooo tedious but this quick recipe can do wonders to your dinner menu.
